How do the support plans work?
Whenever an fix is necessary, we will take care of it for you. These plans include compatibility for minor upgrades to the third party software and some plans include major upgrades. All plans also make our new bug fix versions of the software you purchased available for download and some plans include new feature versions as well. Our support turnaround is typically a few business days per issue, or faster if you are in a real pinch. You can choose from support plans as little as 3 hours. All pre-built software purchased in our store comes with 30 days guarenteed free support and we often support our work a bit longer then that. These plans will begin at the end of your free support period.
What services can the support hours be used towards?
Bug fixes, minor upgrade compatibility issues and in some cases major version compatibility issues. Usually a third party software vendor will make new minor versions like 4.1 to 4.2 and major version like 4.5 to 5.0.

What if I don't use my time?
Don't worry - you can use your hours for new projects up to 6 months after plan expiration! You can apply the hours for a discount up to 30% of the project price. Work is billed to the minute, rather than rounding up in increments 15 or 30 minutes.
